In 2023, Blossom Heights unveiled its pioneering leaving care service in Oxfordshire
Blossom Heights offers a supportive environment for Oxfordshire care leavers. Each individual is given the foundation to live autonomously within their personal flat. Our dedicated staff impart essential life skills, encompassing cooking, housekeeping, and financial prudence.
Building on the accomplishments of this initiative, Blossom Heights was entrusted by Oxfordshire County Council to run an exceptional supported accommodation and well-being facility: [Another facility's name, e.g., ]. This service aids young individuals in honing life skills and navigating towards sustainable accommodation. Moreover, we present a well-being program alongside a CQC registered, nurse-directed service catering to youths seeking additional assistance with mental and emotional wellness.
Both these offerings extend floating support to young individuals once they transition into their permanent residences, ensuring an extended layer of protection and an enduring sense of security.
Blossom Heights is in full agreement with the suggested regulation of supported accommodation services. We're in collaboration with Ofsted to ascertain that our supported accommodation provisions align impeccably with the forthcoming regulations and standards.
