Emergency admissions are feasible, granted all the pertinent information, including a comprehensive referral and a risk assessment, is submitted. This ensures the placement is well-suited for the child in question.
We consistently revisit each child's placement blueprint. This procedure is collaborative, involving the young individual, their guardians or relevant custodians, and liaisons from social welfare agencies. The objective is to confirm that the plan remains contemporary, apt, and resonates with the child's evolving requirements. Noteworthy alterations to the placement strategy are broached and ratified during an official placement reassessment.
